@wnyhiphop the NI RAZOR - Manual - Page 71 also tells you how to select inputs into the vocoder

Yes the axiom is just a midi controller used to send note data to the software that makes the sound (like razor).
the axiom doesn't actually have any built in sounds it is simply a trigger device.
you just load Reaktor (the free player will do) into your DAW software (ableton, pro tools etc) and load razor into reaktor.
razor works like any other plugin software synth.

How did you select the input within razor? When I try the vocoder presets it's silent, even though I have my usb mic running through FL studio. Does it have something to do with reaktor?

in cubase Just record a audio track. load razor as a vst instrument. then on the audio track, to the left change the output of that track to razor.
