Article 2, section 4 of the United States constitution states "all civil Officers of the US shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors".

Article 3 section 3 grants Congress the power to declare the punishment for the act of Treason, as well as render the will of the Attained null and void, seizing their assets upon death.

It doesn't help with what politicians saying being mostly nothing but hot air. Besides, if it is needed, the public there will fight back, possibly forcibly remove these buffoons who need to be executed for their crimes of treason, as well as an abuse of power. I will not be silent while there are corrupt people, who were not properly elected. Snyder introduced indefinite Martial Law in regards to city leaders, that's supposed to be a presidential power, for emergency use only.

The civil war would have already happened. No matter which way you look at it, the democrats have been on the correct side of history on a vast majority of their issues. The only thing republicans have been on the right side of history on is their asses. And I'm referring to the two major parties as a whole, not on an individual basis.
