@bhgraiders1 Press shift and select the other frames and then paste the image on there or add the image on there, then it will go on all of the frames at once.

Dude, just get it from The Pirate Bay. Google it. Then search Ulead GIF Animator, its where I got it and it works fine. I basically get everything from TPB and it manages to stay legal somehow .

how do I add an object to all frames, oppposed to one at a time?
