its probably because on the character model the heads are bigger but having a bigger target would be unfair

Okay sone people are not getting the point of this video. Nobody TRIES to hit them in the top of the forehead, but it does happen. I mean there's no way you can hit them in the nose every time when all hell is breaking loose and you only have time for pop shots. This vid is just showing that snipers are/were getting screwed out of some headshots.
