Maiden Love Part 6

After all the mistakes I have done today with the king I thought I would be dead by now, but luckily I was walking toward the maids dorm. I had to share a tiny room with another maid. And honestly I was nervous, I never had friends and never have been good with talking to others.

As I walked in the room I saw two beds, the right one had white covers on it, I glanced at the other one, it was the same as the right one. I sat on the right one I looked around the room, nothing to look at, but I didnt know what to do, I didnt eat and I didnt know where to go to get food, or if there is a dinner time for maids.

A few minutes later someone opened the door and a girl walked in, she was wearing the sale clothes as me and she was eating an apple, she looked at me *new here ?* she asked, I nodded *oh well you are sitting on my bed*

I quickly stood up *Im sorry, I didnt know* she smiled at me *dont worry its ok* she walked toward me *did you eat ?* I shook my head *here eat this* she handed me the apple before sitting on her bed. *thank you* I started eating it as I sat on my own bed. *so ? what did you have to do for your first day ?* I looked at her *help the king before his sleep* her eyes grew wide *and you are still alive ?* she asked astonished.

I confusingly nodded my head, she frowned *how did it go ?* she asked, I gulped as I remembered it, I opened my mouth to talk and told her what happened exactly. The confused look on her face turned to a frown. *wow this is so weird, I mean the king is a real jerk*

I was confused, wasnt she suppose to love and respect her king. *excuse me, may I ask you a question ?* she nodded *you dont need to be so formal with me, Im only a maid* I nodded with a little giggle. *ok so, Im not really used to this, but isnt a maid and all the people of this kingdom, supposed to love, respect and protect their king ?* she nodded *yeah but honestly if you ask the people who works in the castle or the others from the kingdom they will all say the same thing, that the king is a jerk. He took his fathers place three years ago at the age of seventeen, which made him the youngest king in the history. But he also is the first on who still doesnt have a queen. Our king has a lot of affairs with different women, but he has three favorites. The three women obviously like him and want to be the next queen, but his majesty doesnt seem interested in getting married. For sure he is a good king, he also is a good fighter and really intelligent, but he becomes a jerk with the women. He also sleeps with some of the maids. And honestly I think you might be the next one he will sleep with. Im not sure yet, but for the king to excuse mistakes like the ones you made its really impressive*
