Andamooka, South Australia, Opal mining. Realestate Investors Read comment

I Believe Andamooka is a Realestate hot spot in Australia. It is 45kms from Olympic Dam the biggest mining operation in the southern hemisphere. Anamooka Property is at the moment very cheap and Because of Market Manipulation, corrupt inside influence and trading has in turn been Suppressed. This will change. At the moment the relestate market will not take much notice of Andamooka as they operate from Roxby Downs and main focus is on that town in every aspect.
Here in Andamooka you get twise the land for half the price and with nice contrasting views from no matter wich part of town you buy there will be a great view somewhere, Not just looking at your neiboure across the st. Even alot of the town has views through the vally and out to Lake Torrens. Like in this video.
Ok we dont have sealed roads every where, So a bit dusty from time to time, Can be muddy to a point you don't get to work (depending on transport type)
To tade off on that we don't have corperate Narks ready to Block your site swipe card because you got on your roof or similar= (Harasment) and can lead to mental dease and is awardable in court if your are harrased in such a way, Other wise Known as work place bulling and intimidation, This should be not at work or home. Millions of dollars can be awarded for ill mental health caused through the workplace.
Then we dont have street lights. well yes we do there just up higher they call them stars and there great to look at without the hindeance of artifical light.
We have all the facillaties at Roxby with out the over wellming Oplimic Dam Pressents with single person Quaters and camps etc.
Andamooka is a very Relaxed town and easygoing people and very supportive.
We have good areas and landscapes for riding Dirt Motorcycles, Great 4 Wheel driving country, Plenty of Dams and lakes nearby also creeks all the way out towards lake Torrens. where you may find the infamous Torrens Mud crab, Like they say here if ya haven't heared a rumour by (9 O clock) "start one"
The average block here is 1200sqm and up to 3000sqm.
Roxby Downs is going to have a 10% empty home Supplus according to BHPs predictions ans feasabillity study. In turn this is to Keep the rental peeks low and in turn will keep property value there low.
I would be a concerned investor had i have purchased a Half a million dollar propperty there. When land is so much cheaper 34kms Down the road its valued at one 3rd of the value of Roxby Downs.
This is not about to change untill the string pullers holding back infestructure to this town a delt with among others in the field (we need and Onbudsman here to sort it out). Its white colar crime at its not so best because they got to greedy and now the cats out the bag. Your all done. And you know who you are.
At the end of the day the equity potentual and capital margin growth margin are going to be much stronger in Andamooka for those who by now. I say this because as the town dose get infastructure in place the town value will hike and we still have much bigger blcks and more peice and quiet. and nice views. Dont think im one eyed, There are a lot of nice people in Roxby Downs and it is a nice town and very moden i do encourage you look at both and balance what ive said here into your thoughts, You may well not agree. @rooshooter1977 Yes but you make it seem to someone who dose not know thats all it is well you missed alot of it.

What im saying is next time you do some good film like this with music you may call it a montarge of Andamooka it was very Rasor back type film or abstract is another way to put it or youve made something creative. Andamooka may be in the whole film but the whole film dose not show all of Andamooka.
