  • @acg246 You have to lose weight through dieting and cardio to lose flab. Crunches work the muscles... your still gunna b fat.... err chubby ;)

  • lol for everyone who doesn't know this: you can't get a six-pack with only doing these exercises, you also need to do cardio (running a few miles a day, swimming etc.) If you're doing only these exercises your fat will still cover up you're six-pack!
