@acg246 You have to lose weight through dieting and cardio to lose flab. Crunches work the muscles... your still gunna b fat.... err chubby ;)

lol for everyone who doesn't know this: you can't get a six-pack with only doing these exercises, you also need to do cardio (running a few miles a day, swimming etc.) If you're doing only these exercises your fat will still cover up you're six-pack!

Oh hai! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my father got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

i m doing this ab crunch....i feel relieved.now i dont no the result.but i guess if i follow regularly i will get desired result n a flat belly of course along wt dieting.
