Wheee! How terrifying to have Miles get so furious at the count itself, even a quaking Herbie manages to stuff up in the first A section! Why can't people play like this anymore?

When Herbie enters on the top of the A @2:30, everything is truly in it's right place.

in jazz circles, "motherfucker" is a term of endearment.

You know, people really need to lighten up.

You scolding someone for being "profane" on a Miles Davis video. Have you read his autobiography? hahahahahaha

I asked a friend if he had read Miles' autobiography and he told me he had memorized half of it: "motherfucker". ;)

Yes! Apart from Miles's "autobiography" still moral dialogue is a vital practice for us to at least express decent conversation. No need to get verbally angry in using profanity is all that I'm saying. Again, regardless of how spiritually vexed Miles Davis may have been in his days, he's gone and we're still here. In the frustrated words of Rodney King ... "CAN'T WE ALL JUST, JUST GET ALONG". ha ha

Speaking of myths... everything you just espoused.

Leave your "Truth" at the door. The only Truth needed here is what these five musicians have to say.
