Double axle U-Haul trailers are equipped with a third chain, brake chain. The chain, when attached, is always shorter than the two safety chains. See User Guides in English, Spanish, French and Safe trailering handbook http://www.uhaul.com/guide/index.aspx?equipment=trailer-6x12

  • Bracket is missing to cover the master; and whenever he turns he is going to have too much tension and will probably pull the e-brake chain. Master springs look way too tight as well lol.

  • the other chains should be higher off the ground

  • One thing you should know, I've never seen it happen yet, but don't put the brake chain on the hitch pin's clip otherwise if the combination comes apart, you lose everything!
