I tried Both Atta and Meida .... and somethimes both together (Half and Half) but the best result was with only using Atta .... and also make sure the Oil is so hot that the smoke is coming out Enjoy!
Great video - thank you. I had a lovely Indian flatmate as a student, she showed me how to cook many Indian dishes and it is lovely to see this as a reminder - I still make chapattis as she showed me but I think will have to try some more of your recipes now!
