It's the sri lankan accent, he means to say Charley. but is comes out Shirley.

I knew a guy from there who claimed his named was Arbor, so we called him Arbor for about three months until his son corrected us, he told us that his dad's name was Albert but his dad could not pronounce it correctly. Funny thing though, he used to answer to Arbor. Great guy regarless
