@DustinJackable Well duh, nothing's too big for the non existing. ;) Seriously, it was just the fact that it was just a question to which the answer is so easily found. I normally have no trouble answering questions that require real "fan inspired" research. I get that most people don't have the time or inclination to do that kind of research. And intellectual laziness tends to annoy me. So, next time ask something harder and I will be a lot nicer. ;D

Okay dude, I'll help you out here. The answer is "No, she is not"nor is she related to Courtney Cox nor is Suzanne Cox related to Courtney Cox. The Cox family hails from Louisiana . Alison hails from Illinois she has no sisters but does have a brother Viktor Krauss . A fine musician/composer himself.

@katiewonghee I have no idea. Couldn't find anything on that either but if you are on facebook, try befriending Sidney Cox. I am sure he can give you solid info on that. I do know he wrote one of the tunes on AKUS' latest album Paper Airplane so he anyway is still providing Alison Krauss ( or rather Dan Tyminski in this case) with great songs. :)
