Villagers in Koshkarata, Kazakhstan, live without telephones, running water, or a local hospital. Many would like to see more assistance from local authorities, but have little hope that help will come.

  • In term of improving the infrastructure I think the president of KZ- N Nazarbaev didn't do much thing. The vast majority of the country are like in this video. what makes me angry is that he spent million dollar to build intellectual schools for those so-called intelligent students, in fact most those students come from either rich or powerful background. I mean instead of build this kind of schools, why didn't he help to improve the life quality of these poor people.
