Agenda 21 is a product of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, and it is the means by which Americans may soon be saddled with lower living standards. Agenda 21 is implementing "soft law" through ICLEI, which amounts to bribes and regulations imposed by state and local governments.

I notice the same people who get bent out of shape when Obama talks about recycling are the same people who want to do away with Social Security, minimum wage, housing subsidies, public health, public education...looks like Agenda 21 is getting plenty of help from the small government crowd without so much as holding out for that fat bribe cash. Eliminate all that stuff and we will be will for sure be at the bottom of the industrialized world in living standards, and it won't take years.

@Blizeful There is no grantee of "winning" from a gov grant. Nor is the result of not obtaining a grant, doom that corporation. If you apply this logic to all lenders or investors, then those with large investors are "winners" and those with few or none or losers. That's not the reality now is it? Just look at facebook, netflx, or ebay. All started with little or no money, then went public. Not one got a gov grant.

@Boomer1949 The video is saying that giving money to a selected amount of corporations is basically the government choosing winners and losers.

Such a bullshit statement if I ever heard any. The fact that the gov is giving incentives for corporations to "do the right thing" isn't in itself a bad thing, it's what these corporations do with the money. Is it reinvested to create more jobs, or handed out to the executives as bonus? The false statement of what crash the economy is a Republican talking point. It was the bundling, buying and selling of home mortgages that banks knew were bad that crashed the economy.
