I like american manufacturers because you can have a fast car legally.The only fast import is the nissan gtr. other than that all the others have to be highly modded to come close to a car of the same price. I'm talking about brand new cars not used..  Any old car can be modded to be fast but not much comes out of the factory fast. Having a modded car and beating a stock car is pointless.

@Wildman113 Yeah you are thinking of the 02-03 tranny's which is very week. The 04 and up were much better, not as bullet proof as the STi or PPG tranny's but they are pretty damn good.

That wrx needed to have been flat foot shifting or upgrade to ppg gears ..that many mods should have taken a stock 5.0..
