Love the dog, but what was the point of that. No Shot, no bird, was he in training or were you really hunting. I hunt lots of wild birds and shoot. Or was it just management? either way would have loved to have seen a shot and a retrieve.

why do you need the beeper on on the collar??
surely you can find her without using it. wat iv learned from using such things is it jus makes yhe birds run father!

Did you notice the birds flushing right in front of her? She was on point for several minutes before I got there. Some dogs I do run without the beeper. This dog is a bigger going dog and gets deep in the cover so the beeper gets us right to her.
