3. Make sure the gun your about to give has full clip.
4a. Sell it to him
4b. Drop it near him

According to IggyHazard, I assume that Stalkers can pick up weapons if it uses better caliber or if is in better condition in vanilla SOC.

You could try throwing a weapon to a Stalker.

@tjclark061 open your inventory with I button (default) then right click on the medkit. Choose "drop". Run 3 circles around it, drink 5 bottles of vodka, shoot it 7 times with ak74, then pick it up, and use click it with left mouse button. That should work

hehehe, I got a bunch of freedom guys to come with me to the red forest, they killed mostly all of them, died by a few snipers, all of them except one of them died by an F1. the last one got a proper burial beside a radiated truck. they will not be forgotten

This Stalker's doing it right. After I found the unique threaded SPAS-12, I loaded up my old one and gave it to one of the rookies in Agropom. I hope he puts it to good use, I'm going to be mad if I go back there and I find some bandit scum with my old shotgun :p

In Original SOC you an just throw them a fully loaded gun that's better than what they have and they pick it up.

@Murkku99 Yeah they do, even the ecologist dude. I was attempting to do the gun in door hinge thing with the thunder 14 that shoots AK bullets (Sorry forgot the name of caliber) and the bastard stole it. and i couldn't kill him or get it back via trade. So I had to restart yantar. [my face= D:]
