Segata Sanshiro: The Legend

This short documentary traces the life and death of one of the greatest video game advertising icons ever: Segata Sanshiro.

When I made this video back in 2006, there was relatively little information about Segata on the Internet. And since, many of those original sites have disappeared. I'm proud that by compiling this information, I could contribute in some small way to the legacy of Segata.

If you don't learn how to read, Segata Sanshiro will kick your balls. Guardian Heroes is an awesome 90s beat'em up, definitely not for kids.

And the best part?  Segata Sanshirou was portrayed by none other than Hiroshi Fujioka, who is best known for his role as Takeshi Hongou/Kamen Rider 1!
