It's partly sad, partly hilarious, and partly nauseating that he gets his viewers to just give him cash on top of all the crap he sells to them.
Those "moneybombs" he does are just one inch away from a late night televangelist telling people to send him money so he can talk to Jesus for them.

Sure. Alex Jones is a bit of a nutcase. But what he stands for is all right. Even if nothing that he says is true (and trust me, sure he comes out with some bullshit, but alot of it is quite real) he still promotes freedom and humanitarianism, intelligence and free speech. What is wrong with that? The American government is a load of fucking lies and puppets. Why keep making these videos to put him down? Make you feel better? Get a life, man.

Alex Jones is a con man, who's set up a multimillion dollar empire off of selling conspiracy theories. The bottom line is the dollar with him, not the truth. Clicks to his website, ads, shirts, DVDS, subscriptions, etc.
That's why he tries to stifle other 'truth movements' - because they're interfering with his coin! This guy is just an opportunistic salesman, who realizes you can make money off conspiracy theories.
Just look at the website abovetopsecret. It's a big business!
