Ariane Boeing 737 from Ariane, VFR Germany West, my traffic 2010, real environment Xtreme, enb series (watch the channel of RonaldGriffin), EZDOK active Camera and at least just real sounds :) You get the real sounds by the youtube to mp3 converter. Get this program and just download the sounds from an original video here at youtube. Edit your video and just overplay it with the sounds - that´s it :)
