    Sorry, disagree on that. Even though she was on screen less than 5mins, they were electrifying, powerful, believable, compelling mins. I hope she doesn't fade into obscurity. She deserves a place as a great actor. I will never forget her or her films.

    A Surprise Win--Straight's performance is the shortest in Oscar History (she was very good, though as the wronged wife of William Holden). I thought Piper Laurie was more deserving, her Margaret White in Carrie is a Cinema Classic
