This is an amazing video. Soto can sing anything and everything. He really is an excellent singer and deserves so much more attention than he gets.

People who doesnt know the hstory of Jeff take a look at his 2 records with malmsteen...he also did the voice of marc walberg in the movie rock star for the oes who saw it...the real voice of mark were Jeff"and he has a higher range than freddie but thats not important.
