Most of the songs in Good News are also in the album Breaths. Are they different recordings or did Sweet Honey just rerelease these songs under a different album?

I listened to this at the University over and over and over till the album was warped and scratched and I still listened to it, definitely part of those memorable years. Wonderful women that I was grateful to have seen several times too. Marveilleux!
