  • You are so right! Healing effect... lost in what you do...

One does not have to be an artist by profession to benefit from these small acts of creativity. Anyone should try it! Draw a little flower and colour it. Be a happy child again. Art Therapy :)

  • A happy child. I am getting it now. My little boy asks me to draw cartoon figures and then he colors in. We both gain hours of peace!

  • and THAT is true meditation. if you can lose yourself in what you enjoy. i enjoy watching each and every of your videos :)

    5 shuriken

  • Is this the meaning of meditation, lose yourself? When I tried to sit down, my brain could not stop, I could not find the tranquility. But in this coloring, I was lost, happily lost. I was only trying to re-produce the beauty I saw in my dream.

  • wonderful how you explain the greatness in the painting of the flower, same thing occurs when writing music ! I understand precisely what you mean

  • You were lost in your rythem. You did not know where to go, you followed your fingers, and your fingers danced their own way. Then, beauty flied out, filled the room, filled the space, filled your heart. There jumped out a big bright sun in the middle of the dark night!
