A lot of people like to pass the blame on to one person, such as the comments before this one.

In the end, if you don't do something to stop the persuader, you can expect an all out war. That makes you just as guilty for not standing up to it. You can't just pass the blame on to one person, for every participator in a war is guilty, be it the man pulling the trigger, the man crafting the weapon, or the man maintaining your vehicles. In war, everyone is guilty, and there is no other truth to it.

@GamePro24X Every war in history was started by the will or actions of one person, it only takes one person to persuade others into coming together and inflicting harm on others. If we abolish all our armies then who is there to stop that happening? We'd just form a new army of our own and the process would repeat itself, we'd re-enter an arms race and eventually end up with nukes again. The cold war was the closest that we have come to world peace in the past 100 years.

@GamePro24X Having armies are the main deterrents to war. In this case the best defence is a good offence. If everyone threw down their arms we'd be absolutely powerless against even one madman.

@strikezditt war is the one thing our civilization thrives one, we live with it, we die with it. as long as there are humans their will always be war. sad to say but thats our world no matter how much we try to avoid it war will still arise. The world will truley have peace when the human race is extinguished. if you play the mgs series as much as i have ull understand this too. and some of those quotes were in those games as well.
