i want ur opinion.. im gonna buy an xpole and im thinking of getting the 45mm xpert as well.. i havent taken any lessons cuz in my country there are no studios but i 'll do my best to learn as a self-taught..what is the difference between 45mm and 50mm..i know it's just 5mm but does it make any difference on the moves u can do..btw im not tall so i don't have big hand/ long fingers thats why i was thinking of 45mm.. i wish one day i will be half as good as u!! great work :)

@MsGogola a 45mm will probably work just fine for you. The difference between the two is so slight, the 45 is better for hand grips, but you will have to work a little harder for thigh holds and things. hope youre thinking of purchasing your pole through me. my website is Polepraxis, you can google it and find it. I've just bought myself an xpert 45mm and I hope it arrives tomorrow! You are incredible and have completely inspired me.

Did you find it easy to locate the ceiling joists/studs? I'm concerned about puncturing my ceiling :S
