This is a follow-up of my picture that I posted a week ago of me deadlifting some weights beyond my control. Thus throwing out my back... yeah... so that made me realized that not only am I fat but I'm also pathetically week. I've decided to do some full body workouts. Bench Press, Squats, Deadlift, etc. All you buff guys out there, feel free to critique!
