We don't know it was the lower rib most likely it would have been a bigger one. It would not have teken him long at all to list all the major differences between a male and female skeleton, that is beyond suspicious, really that he didn't, he did not have to butcher the whole relationship it would have done world of good for him to seriously explain the difference in anatomy. I don't think almost all of the monuments were build by just big people, that doesn't make sense.

There are many rumors of some hominids being 7 feet tall or just over that but he has to understand that even if humans used to be much taller there is a difference between modern giantism and normal preflood or slightly postflood humans, they are not the same thing. The question of proportions is a whole nother matter or what their hieght was exactly but there were many tall people.

It is concieveable that if the universe is populated by many extraterrestrials and they are very different or more advanced than us and their part of the universe is even older that there could be beings that have average lifespans of several thousand years or far more than that there could even be humanoid looking aliens with lifespans well into this rang.
