How is growing as an artist and trying different sounds selling out? That is ridiculous. Jason is incredibly talented and if he wants to try a new sound then more power to him! I love this song and I cannot wait until the rest of the album comes out August 16th!!

This is the most produced song on the album probably. And it's still a very real representation of the emotion. I will always make acoustic music but for this record I had to push myself outside of that. And I recorded it this way on purpose. Each song has it's own tone. If you don't like it, there is so much more music to come. to me the songs are about the words and i don't want to get stuck putting them upon the same canvas over and over again. anyway, all love to you wonderful people!! Oh my god! genuinely gobsmacked!!!!!!!! why do people have to be such morons? leave Jason alone all he's doing is experimenting with different sounds just like plenty of other artists have done over the years! he's quite probably THE best song-writer around and crazy talented, the song still conveys the emotion, the feeling and the realness that is in every song he writes. regardless of whether its just jason and a guitar or 'overproduced' it still gets the message across & i personally LOVE it!

The second most humble thing, would have been to remove the whole scchpiel after it was over with as so not to look like you were showing off the fact that you think you were right. That I WILL say, was pretty pathetic. You want to make honest music? Take honest opinions and work with them, the opinions that will push you to change the most are the ones that bother you. This is common sense. I was always taught, if you try and justify your faults, you will repeat them over and over.

Honestly dude, the fact that you commented on bacon904 in the first place has led ppl to kind of center on his comment and really go at him. I myself would not have said shit KNOWING that this would happen. That and honestly, you've shown clearly that it bothers you by justifying it on your own comment board, and obviously feared ppl might think exactly what he said. People are entitled to their opinion, and so are you, but the most humble thing you could do is not to have said anything.

Jason Reeves, you did a more than amazing job producing this song man it sounds different and still so emotional and has so much meaning and you are one of the few artists that allow me to relate to your music and I thank you more than anything just because there may be a few people who don't like it look at the rest of the views and fans who love it keep writing great music.

@bacon904 by the way, you should listen to the album-preview on my channel... "Save My Heart" and "Sticks & Stones" are the ONLY dancy-songs on this record... Try "Infinity To One", "Alone" or "Truth"... these are really acoustic and catchy, too. :)
