I may be missing something here, that's how I beat him in solid normal. Can't seem to do it in big boss hard.

The maybe everybody's nanomachines were used to replace their white blood cells making them immune to AIDS.

I took me a while to figure out that you had to use the syringe. I was so proud of myself when I figured it out. I had never used the syringe beforehand, so I wasn't even sure if was a usable item.
