what program did you use to import the sounds into the video?

This was done in Adobe Adobe Premiere CS3. All my new video are now edited in Pro Tools 8

I used a number of sound effects for this clip. Yes numerous sounds from Worms Armeggedon and Worms World Party. The DBZ effects are from the Half-Life One mod ESF(Earth Special Forces). Other are from Lego Star Wars and CS:Source
