During a recent IRS budget meeting, Rep. Becerra comments on the income tax as being voluntary. Carefully listen for what he states after he indicates this tax is voluntary.

You missed your history lesson, the ABC (Atanasoff–Berry Computer) was developed in the basement of the Physics building at Iowa State University in 1941, at least TWO YEARS before Colossus was functional.

And you need to work on your reading comprehension, I said "digital computer" not mechanical or human computers.

The first computers were people, the next was mechanical based upon Charles Babbage's mathematics, the next was Colossus made at Bletchley Park in England, designed and build by an English Telecommunications Engineer to decode the Enigma code. @Itsmeeman Maybe you have mistaken the United States for "USA, Inc.", a private Corporation chartered by the State of Delaware. Corporations operate under articles of incorporation and by-laws, not codes. If you look up "corporation code" on a search engine, the first matches are "the Corporation Code of the Philipines" and "California Corporations Code". Perhaps you would support your claims with sources. @RetSquid has has already cited some important Supreme Court rulings.
