I know this is a one time opportunity and everything, but couldn't she wait until the next cycle when she was going to be better? If she was chosen to get on that one, then she had a chance to get on the next ones too..
that's just too bad for her..
I hope everything goes for the better though!

Aww Poor Girl, hope she is feeling better.
And for the ppl on here saying she took the spot away from other ppl, those ppl were not good enough to get on, PERIOD!
Also no one can judge unless you've been in an accident, even a minor ligament tare can me painful and need physical therapy for months. So i can not imagine how much pain and therapy she must have to go though.

Man, Canada's Next Top Model is such a dirt show for doing that! They wouldn't allow Alex to bring her medication! That's not fair, as opposed to ANTM, where they are allowed to bring meds! For example, Isabella Cycle 12 has epilepsy and she was allowed to bring her medication, and Isis Cycle 11 was allowed to bring her medication for her hormonal condition. This isn't the 1st time CNTM blasted someone's chances. Remember Cycle 1 Andrea's choice to quit? That's all I gotta say!

She robbed someone a spot fully knowing that she couldn't do it.
Filming a TV show is work... and standing is sometimes part of it. What did she think it would be like?
Do a photoshoot, an interview, a challenge, and go to judging all in one hour and then go home to sleep?
I feel for her and her accident.. but she robbed someone a spot...
