Well, it seems as though you've gotten a lot of criticism on this video. I'll try to provide you with something constructive. First, I don't know what's causing that thump noise, but it definately takes down the quality of the video. Other than that you did an okay job! spend some time developing more control over your voice, you seem to have a lot of potential. and maybe get some better recording equipment when you get the cash if you haven't already.
