Pastor Anderson's first time ever preaching (age 17)

This is the first time Pastor Steven L Anderson ever preached in his life. This was in a teenage youth service at Regency Baptist Church in Orangevale, CA, a few months after the Anderson's began to attend.

The youth pastor who introduces him is Merideth Sears, who now pastors in Charleston, SC.

The belief that the KJV is the only inspired translation of the Bible is as a patriotic as having that American flag behind the pulpit!

Have you ever asked yourself: how do other peoples who don't speak the English language read the KJV? Guess what, THEY DON'T, they read another translation of the Bible. Are you going to tell me that God cannot speak to them? Your belief is flawed because it is birthed in a patriotic belief that God's language is English.

The old testament was written in hebrew, the new testament in greek. Anything else is translation. The kjv is just one translation amongst others.

Because God's Word IS NOT LIMITED TO THE BIBLE. The Bible is only the BEGINNING of God's Word.

Here we see the great potential for being maybe the greatest preacher of our time! This is a man who knows his bible and walks with God - all sinners will despise this man! This man went onto to be a courageous pastor who never swayed from the Word! How many of us can say we are as holy as him. I feel great surging of the spirit within whenever I hear this great man speak. This is a Christ like man. We all need more men like this and less sexual sinners!

@Strawberrydream019 Well, I guess God can use all sorts of people. I'm a fan of William Tyndale as well, but as far as I know he was not married. Could he have been yet another "fag" too? The point is, if homosexuals were executed as Pastor Anderson wants, then the KJV would never have come forth!

Furthermore the later (R.C.) King James (NOT James 1st of KJV Bible fame) would have remained on the throne if William of Orange (another "fag" )had not replaced him!

@bossendenwoodconvict Could it be that far fetched that God would "USE" a gay man that as it may, like so many immoral people in biblical stories. You're looking at this at a clear cut or political point of view. Fact alone KJ who initially was against publishing it then later approved it only proves ever more God had a hand in its making coming about 3 years after William Tyndale was burnt alive for translating and distributing it, his last words "Lord open the eyes of the King of England".

@Strawberrydream019 Yes, but didn't King James commision it? Also because of his accension to the throne (and survival,) he ensured that Great Britain-and later America-would be Protestant nations. Isn't this evidence of God using a so called"fag" for his greater purposes!? Doesn't Pastor Anderson owe his religion and religious freedom to a gay man? History tells us that he does and that the world would never have progressed without this great Monarch.
