I would say the XP has been the most successful OS for microsoft (in terms of Numbers sold) and many businesses such as the NHS and also the power industry here in the UK use XP extremely widely. This is probably due to the fact that it is highly reliable, with almost all software and peripherals compatible with XP.

@CragScrambler Dude, read coofchaosorange's post. His entire reasoning for why he thinks windows > mac is that "more programs work on windows". However, it does not reflect anything inherent about the operating system; it's simply that the software designers choose to make windows-only products more often because Windows has more users.

Yeah Im using it right now and its never given me any problems allthough sometimes its slow but thats b/s my pc is maybe 6 years old, but hey it still works.
