Flo Rida is back with a new album and catchy new single, is it a hit?
Hey Hip Hop Fans. I'm Joslyn in Beverly HIlls and this is ClevverTV. It's official-Flo Rida has captured the number 1 spot on the US Singles chart for the third week in a row with his track "Right Round."
The song, is holding up well against fierce competitors like Lady Gaga and Oasis. Mabye "Right Round" is doing so well because Flo-Rida's track is a new take on an already successful song from "Dead or Alive." This song is a departure from what the American Rapper usually does, and some would argue that track gives him a charming appeal he was lacking before. It definitely widens his audience a bit by bringing in the techo vibe AND The motion of the song makes it almost impossible to get sucked in.
And of course, what hit song is complete without a hot video. The video for "Right Round" is simple but very entertaining. It features Keisha Kole and several other beautiful women. The video makes the song even more entrancing, and fans can't seem to get enough.
The success of Flo Rida's previous hit single "Low," catapulted the Florida native to the number one spot on the the charts, but the truth is that he's been performing for over decade. Flo Rida, who's real name is Tramar Dillard first began touring alongside 2 Live Crew when he was just a teenager. After the success of "Low," which features T-Pain, Flo Rida really made a name for himself. He's since gone on to work on the remix of Madonna's "4 Minutes to save the world," and perform live on the hit TV show "So you think you can dance."
Flo-Rida was also recently in the media after it was reported that a track he recorded with Chris Brown would be taken off his upcoming album "ROOTS." Some sources report that Flo took Brown off the album because of the current situation with Rihanna, but the rapper himself denies the rumor and says that the song was taken off the album long before the drama with the young couple errupted. According to Flo, the song just got nicked off the album.
ROOTS is set for an early April release. In the meantime, stay here at Clevver.com to watch Flo Rida's new video for "Right Round" and see for yourself why this track is still at number one in the US and throughout the world!

what up with those artists nowadays . cant they make there own beats anymore.
why are they covering everything?
music used to be cool . but now everyone is copying each other.
lets be lazy and just take a old song and put some new lyrics under it.
this song shouldn't be a hit just because of that.
start being creative with your own stuff ..
