Let me tell you something... being an actress in Los Angeles for a really long time has let me learn all sorts of ways to look younger.

Here's one thing you can do every night to help your skin look better and your hair look better. Know what it is?

It's a silk pillow case.
I mean it!
One of the things about silk is it doesn't put any stress on your skin.
When you sleep on a cotton pillowcase, your face can get smooshy and you get those lines on your face?
You don't get that with a silk pillowcase.
Another thing about a silk pillowcase is it doesn't absorb your night creams. You don't want to waste all of your nigh tcream and have it get absorbed into your pillowcase - do you?

The other thing is - your hair. It's really good for your hair and allows your hair to maintain it's natural oils and those natural oils won't absorb into the pillowcase.
