Do you ever feel like you just can't get that cookie out of your brain... that you've got these cravings that you can't control? Well here's a smart tip to curb them! I call it my 3-Bite Rule. And actually, I call it my 3-Polite-Bite rule, and that is that you can have 3 polite bites, as if you're being taped for a TV show, but the rule is that it must be really, really worth it and you must enjoy it, guilt-free. What this allows you to do is make friends with food. After all, you're really after the taste, not all those calories, so you can enjoy this and still zip up your jeans.
