you're not so amazing that people cant try your stuff. EVERYBODY YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A GYMNAST TO LEARN THAT STUFF YOU CAN JUST WATCH VIDEOS AND PRACTICE DONT LISTEN TO HER SHE THINKS THAT SHE IS TOO GOOD FOR EVERYBODY.

@poppyshann Practice, practice practice, and...more practice. I've been flipping and bending and doing handstands since I could walk so :/

@RememberThis1992 Thanks...presses mainly use back, shoulder and some stomach muscles..you could work on getting those stronger. Also you could start like I did in a straddle but kind of jump into it, and over time try not to jump so much..hope this helps :) I used to be able to start on the ground and go up but I'm not that strong anymore.
