Great video! I'm upgrading my 3G tomorrow (I have to use my mom's upgrade, unless I get lucky like you did). But it'll be worth it either way, I've been stuck with a cracked screen for months now. Apparently something triggered my moisture sensor, so I decided to wait it out until this iPhone was released.

Quick question: Are you guys ever going to post episodes of the podcast to iTunes? I saw that you had a test episode up, but that was from way back in September.
