How to build a house with a basement on The Sims 3

this video shows how to build a house with a basement on The Sims 3.

Read Below:

1. find the middle of the desired space in which to build the basement and add 3 steps down into the ground.

2. level the ground to the level of -3 steps to cover the desired area in which to build the basement.

3. build a wall going all the way round the edge of the lowered ground.

4. build a foundation between the wall and the ground-level land and add floors to the foundation level.

5. build on the foundations and add a staircase from the basement to foundation level.

6. Enjoy your basement!
