do not buy this system...It is a waste of money. Techs don't get back to you to fix problems. I've sent 20-30 emails, 10-15 phone calls, and they have not fixed this system. It freezes continueally and spouts are not all transferring data. Save yourself the time, headache, and the $14,000 they charge

In a busy bar where it's not uncommon to disengage a pour-spout say to clean it or to replace a bottle, what's to stop my bartender from disengaging it and pouring without a spout? If you have problems matching your CoG with your CoGS and you're seeing problems on your PNL reports, then you should hire a management staff that can weed out the bad apples and be diligent enough to hold the staff accountable. People > Machines. This is a great idea, but it's only a tool that requires attention.

14erguy is a fool he didn't understand this is not a control system but a free pour system, pour what you want but management knows what you are doing

I'm sure there are proprietors out there just giddy over this thing. As a customer though, I would walk out without buying a thing if I knew they had this. Seems like you only see things like this at airports where they rape you for a drink anyway, but the last time I saw an electronic pourer other than at an aiport, I turned around and walked out without buying a thing. Might want to keep that in mind if you're thinking of buying this system. It's not customer friendly, bartenders are!
