Thanks man! Yeah a carputer is something that you can build yourself. But if you want the easy way, just buy a UMPC computer. I wish I've done that myself. :)

Yeah, it's covered by the screen. But the screen can slide up and down as needed. I just need to loosen the knob at the back.

What's the deal with your heater controls? Did they get covered by the screen? Did you cable them somewhere else? I have an 01 and I want to mount a screen something like this, and if I can do a hard mount for cheaper than in-dash I will.

The mp3 player is just WinAmp, the skin is called Razor I think.

Vibration is really not an issue. The mount is a quarter inch custom aluminum bracket.

I like indash OEM mounts, I almost went for it but it was too much played out already. But who knows, I might change my mind later. ;)
