@tootone73 Roger Waters was the engine that made Pink Floyd tick. He was the creative genius of the band, and without Waters, the Floyd after Syd wouldn't have mattered whatsoever, even WITH Gilmour. When Roger Waters left the band, you see where the creativity went. Gilmour is great, yes, but he wasn't that creative when it came to writing (even his solo records are lackluster). When Roger would hear Gilmour doodling in the studio, he'd stop & say, "Go back! Play that note again!" to add to it.

Excelent ! I hope with the bands playing of pink floyds music you can expand creativly, and do your own pieces. you probably would be very good.

@tootone73 i've got to agree with you100%.
i could not have put it better myself.floyds first years were very important at the time but without gilmour it never would have been as great .the same applys to waters

I don't know how many times I've been at a party and someone shouts out "Play Atom Heart Mother!!!!" Nothing like an 11 minute long response that freaks the heck out of people who are trying to be sarcastic. Great song. Sounds real good.

Complimenti a tutti . Morengone(l`atmosfera e i suoni dei Pink e`impossibile imitarli)

great job guys

If David Gilmour hadn't came along when Syd Barret left they would have been just a memory of a pyscedelic band from the 60's. Without David the music would have never changed to what it became in the early 70's. And even till now. Long live David Gilmour, Mr. Pink Floyd.
