I use rapid fire and extended mags with scavenger pro, quickdraw pro and steady aim pro and sleight of hand pro, assasin pro and sitrep for my specialist killstreak setup or care package attack helicopter and ac-130 for my assaupt (I dont use support)

primary waepon: pp90m1 with extended mag and silencer. prificiency: attachments. letha:l semtex. tactical: emp grenade. secondary weapon:(anything) 1st perk: blind eye. 2nd perk: blast shield. 3rd perk: stalker(make sure they are all pro perks)kill steaks: specialist(i use sleight of hand, extreme coditioning and, steady aim) but you can use anything you want. death streak: jucied.
