Yes, and Moyo is an intelligent, articulate, and beautiful economist. :)

Yes. I would also add Dambisa Moyo, one of Collier's former students. Her views are somewhat similar to Easterly's, but she has recently published a book on the subject, to which she has given much thought.

I would also suggest adding Paul Collier, who gives a middle ground to the debate.
