  • Interesting advice. "imagine a blank space and try to become one with it" and "imagine your mind is one single point". I haven't tried these, but what I do is repeat a vague mantra in my mind, and try to bring my mind back to "nothingness" whenever i wanders off. Meditation is certainly not easy, and like a muscle, it needs to be worked out.
