  • Just because they work in Hollywood doesn't mean they know what they're talking about. The guy said he wrote flops. Anyway, I think they're great but a bit pretentious to review something they haven't even seen. I still like them though!

  • You didn't see a movie, but are reviewing it? If this were a 6th grade book review, you would both get a failing grade. Durrrr. I expected more than ignorant pooh-poohing from this normally excellent reviewing couple.

    WATCH THE MOVIE

  • It's not a Hollywood ending when the bad guys get theirs -- unless by that they mean films of the Golden Age which passed into the mists of Turner Movie Classics 40 years ago. Under the guidance of the Marcias and Lorenzos Hollywood adopted moral relativism, so-called "real endings," and the like.

But like others here, I find it the height of intellectual dishonesty for these two to offer bias in place of criticism. I think they would've loved Foster's and Howard's characters' ambivalence.

  • Lorenzo semple jr,Destroyed the script of SHEENA by David Newman.Too bad they didnt use the original script.

  • You guys are partially right. The movie ended up being "revenge porn" because the bad guys got what they deserved and the good guys sailed off to a happy ending in a neat and tidy Hollywood B.S. ending. However, the performances of Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard were great and the beginning of the movie was a great study in what its like to be a victim of a crime. I am not disappointed that I saw it, but it fell short in a lot of ways. Plus, it was very implausible and coincidental at times.

  • The man who shot Ronald Reagan was influenced by the film "Taxi Driver." He saw himself as Travis Bickle and wanted to impress Jodie Foster, whom he had been stalking.

  • I hated this movie. You both didn't miss out on anything worthwhile...

  • I haven't seen it either...

  • jodi foster was in taxi driver. if you have seen Taxi driver, you know travis bickle is a holden caufield type.

  • I'm slightly disappointed that you two are tossing around a movie you have not yet seen. I too have not seen it, but I would like to rent it. Because it's not only revenge porn, but somehow it has "sweet Jodie" in it! I'm a great admirer of hers, and I think it will be fun to see her just once succumb to a glorious, shallow, gory vengeance plot.

  • you both haven't seen it? WELL...
