  • @chrisandlucy55 : Thanks, makes better sense now! Best to have 'thumb up,' which is neutral wrist position.. make sense? Re: why the thumb is flexed onto ball during 3 stage exercise - this is to create more resistance. The exercise still works if thumb is not flexed onto ball. Try it, just less resistance and less isolation of wrist extensor muscles. Your choice.

  • oh i meant tennis elbow fron playing volleyball , also is it best to have the palm up or down , also why dont we extend the thumb on the "open "

  • @chrisandlucy55 :Sorry, I've never heard the term 'volleyball elbow' before so I'm not sure what side of the elbow it refers to... never-the-less, we always recommend that during any rehab the elbow is flexed to 90 degrees and supported against the rib cage. This makes it easier to comfortably isolate the target area without stressing or depending on the shoulder for support.

  • hi , i purchased this excellent product after years of sufering with sore elbows and countless phiso bills , i honestly felt relife the next day ,

    just wondering thou , my arm feels different if i do the exercise hold the arm extendent like a

    "punch extendtion , or holding my hand towards my chest when i do the exercises ? which is best for , "volleyball " elbow
